that are also negative - - in ways to Us!
And move into congeniality
with OUR (various) 'captors'!
Like a lonely P.O.W. (Prisoner Of War) 
telling jokes with
his or her prison guard!
Or some medical malpractices or
being friendly anyway with enemies 
who TRY in various ways
to CONTROL or 
NEGATIVELY use Us!
Or 
with those or the - - evil inparted - - 
'programs' or 'policies' or ways towards Us
Which WE May Need To Evolve As Well
In As Much Awareness And Compassion
And Nonviolence And Nondestruction
AS POSSIBLE!!!!

Realize Are NOW undesirable parts of Our Life
We May Want To Change 
And No longer 'play out' on Others And 
that We may Not Want
To EXPRESS or be 
parts of 
Our Evolving Personality And Integrity!!

Oh!  ((And MayBe Some Who have PTSD with Reactive 
Depression and ADHD with Possible sugar/alcohol/
and/or  food additive sensitivities and REACTIONS
are sometimes misdiagnosed with Manic Depression?  
(And Some PTSD Treatments Like EMDR and/Or 
 A Special Diet May Make A Big Difference For Them!?!)     
Or Some with PTSDs with Reactive Depression and 
  MCS (MultiChemical Sensitivities) might be
misdiagnosed with a schizoid type disorder  or OCD when
the Real Appropriate Diagnosis And Treatments And 
Reasonable Accommodations May Really Assist 
Them More!!! 'Second Opinions' By Doctors 
Can Be VERY Important (Or Thirds . . ,) 
In Regards To If You Or Others Are

that Peoples Who spend a lot  of TIME

'CYCLE' and EXPRESS

INAPPROPRIATELY  
with EachOther
OR OTHERS and maybe towards Innocents!

Mental ILLNESS

Itself in the NEGATIVE UNTIL CERTAIN LEVELS 
OF STRESS HAPPEN AND 'TRIGGER' Them!




PLEASE TRY To 'See'  these negative situations/STRESS 
In Your Relationships And Situations!!!
In some groups or gangs or prisons 
it may be VERY DIFFICULT!!! 
So  Please Try To Talk About It All
With SomeOne Appropriately And Compassionately
And With Appropriate Professionals
About YourSelf And/Or Others 
Close To You Or Your Loved Ones
Or Neighbors Needing
And Innocents!!!  





Or MayBe You Are In More Stable Situations 
Mostly
And WORKING On Your STRESS Management  
And MOOD 'swings' And Personal Mind Control 
and about Your word use and language patterns 
and/or 'swearing' more/MORE 
than You  Want To or using negative gestures or OVERreacting

that may be parts of Your/ Our negative programming
