And Many May Want 'the invasion' as They experience The U.S. And Others Presence

Be Able To STOP Fighting To Defend Their HomeLands/Homes!
And There may be Some Who have various forms of PTSDs and extremism's
because of all the many years of war(s) and suffering in Afghanistan
- some ptsd's may even be passed on to the next generation in some ways -
it seems
Some Peoples
have Grown from Childhood in conflicts/wars - and may have various forms
of ptsd(s) - It Seems ALL Peoples Need Their Own Culturally Appropriate
PDSD(s) Compassionate Healing Centers And Drug Treatment (Restraint) Centers These Days!!
As Separate Or Combination Places - -
(I also Write Previously About PDSDs being a GLOBAL epidemic
At This Time In OUR HUMANITY'S HISTORY)
and Some Who are (PTSDing and) negative and over-reactive and too controlling
of Others - even in times of non-fighting -
when They have lost (some) control of Their Own Lives/Home/Area in war time
and so
are negatively trying to control Other's/Innocent's Choices Of Their Faith!
and Their Human Right Of Faith!! even when - They Are Not Being fought with -
about Their Own (Expression Of) Faith!!
and
punishing Others for Expressions Of Their Evolving Humanity/Knowledge And
Efforts Of Evolving Education - -
and some
acting at times like they are Divine Themselves - when They are not! - and -
take it out on Innocents/INNOCENTS/Or Those Who May Be Evolving With Compassion - -
- in extreme uncompassionate and merciless ways!
- and so some are instead - wrongdoers/Human Rights abusers/criminals!

It Seems To me That If Part Of The Plans For The Withdraw And
Security Issues Might Include - - A Withdrawal
To The Perimeters of Afghanistan By InterNationals
On The Boarders (Or To AGREED UPON Bases/Areas)
And 'The Invasion' - As Many There Seem To Consider -
The International Military Presence - since the SEARCH
for Osama Bin Laden - After 9/11 - Could Be Officially Ended - -
And
This 'Demonstration' Of MultiCultural Respect/Consideration With Appropriate Apologies - -
May Assist Some Who s t i l l feel victims
of an inappropriate INVASION - - To Then Be Able - - In Their Faith - - To Stop Fighting!
So In Evolving Multi--Cultural Diplomatic Efforts - -
It May Be Appropriate For All 'Foreign Troops' To Withdraw - - To AGREED
UPON Parameters/Areas (And In Multi--Cultural Discussions/AGREEMENTS - -
It May Be AGREED Upon That Some Equipment Will Be Able To Remain Where It Is
- - So It Can Be Used For Attempts Of Restitution And Restitution WORK/To ReBuild/
Repair The Environmental damages Possible that have happened And that the Equipment - -
Be SafeGuarded By The Peoples Of Afghanistan During The PeaceWORK Process!
And To Save Costs - - With the Equipment Not Being destroyed/damaged - - So There
Can Be More Funds Saved/Available For Attempts Of Restitution's And Restitution's!!)

THOSE EVOLVING IN COMPASSION AND

FROM THE U.S.A. AND OTHERS APPROPRIATE - -
Yet IF Some Of The Peoples Of Afghanistan - s t i l l seem To Need Assistance
For Their Evolving Civil/National/InterNational And Human Rights issues -
and abuses by some of the Taliban and Others - continue - and Some Peoples are prevented
from Being Able To Live Their Faiths And Cultural Expression - -
When They Are Not Fighting People Of Islam About Their Faith And
Their Choices Of Expressions - When Their InterActions Do Not violate Their RIGHTS
- - And Rights To Develop Education/Knowledge - - WithIn Their Evolving Faith And/Or
Hopefully/Evolving Culturally Considerate Human Rights - -
(And So It Seems - that in the past at times Some InterNational Troops were NEEDED And
Stayed After 'the invasion' - because Some's National/Human Rights were violated/abused
as Some were in degrading expressions of Compassion And Restraint being wrongdoers
and EXTREMEISTS in Their Faith it seems preventing Others from Evolving In Theirs!
((or preventing Their Evolving Efforts Of Educating ThemSelves And Children
About Other Nations And Tribes/Cultures/Peoples - -))
and being excessively violent and destructive!!)
Yet
'the invasion' was not Officially Ended nor did 'invading' Troops Withdraw -
And HUMAN RIGHTS were not Discussed Or AGREED UPON ENOUGH! it seems!)
So If All Involved Discuss These POSSIBILITIES IN NEW EVOLVING PEACETALKS
And
Do AGREE About A NEEDED Withdrawal TO AGREED UPON Perimeters/Areas And
New PEACETALKS Are ACHIEVED And New Efforts For Multi--Cultural Understandings
Of NEEDED HUMAN RIGHTS AGREEMENTS ARE ACHIEVED - -
BETWEEN
THE PEOPLES OF ISLAM AND OTHER NATIONS
AND
Those Who Want To Live More Fundamental Lifestyles Rather Than
Secular Lifestyles - - WithIn Evolving Human Rights And National And
InterNational Agreements - -
May Be Offered An Area To Do So - - And Assisted In Evolving Friendships!!
Then Possibly Some/MANY Will Be Able To Relate More To Surah 60:7 And 8!!

Because Some May Be Fighting Mostly Because Their HomeLand
was INVADED! And That To Them Is Most Important!
Some May Not Know The (Latest) ((InterNational)) News - What They Know Is - That
Troops From Other Countries are INVADING Their HomeLand - And They FIGHT!
As Is Written In The Qur'an ! (In Evolving Compassion And Restraint - - Hopefully!)

if Their HomeLand was INVADED!))
AND Also For The U.S.A. AND Others Appropriate To Apologize To The Innocents And

where Home Invasions/Searches happened -
and perhaps sometimes in ways that were too rough or disrespectful because - Those Who
felt They had to search/Search For Safety - may have been over-reacting or impolite
Especially To Innocent Families or
in a ptsd reactions ThemSelves and may have damaged The People's Home Environment
or things or VERY IMPORTANT TO APOLOGIZE To Their Children Who
may have been frightened/traumatized -

(And AGain Officially Even If Military People Did Previously) - - It Can Only Be GOOD - -

I Do Not Understand the Taliban's negativity about Girls And Women's Education!?!
Possibly
Those Taliban Who Have Been Fighting - Basically Because Their HomeLand
Was Invaded - and/or Grew Up being educated in some madrassa's where
Their Education was limited by lack of Study Of History/Historic Commentary
and lack
of Knowledge And Considerations Of Other Tribes And Nations - because
of lacks of Unprejudiced Information And Multi--Cultural Knowledge
About The Innocents Of Other Nations And Tribes - -
And the focus was on the Enemy And Fighting - instead
Of Evolving Compassion And Restraint And Mercy - - WhenEver There Is An Opportunity!
- Many Children And Young Men are victims Themselves
of lacks in Education about Other Nations And Tribes
And Cultures - - And The INNOCENTS Of Those Peoples - -

And That Afghanistan Will WORK With Their Evolving Various Court Systems
To Give Conditional And Appropriate Amnesties And Punishments - -
So That More And MORE Peoples Will Not be victims of reactive extremists And
Will Be Treated With Evolving Compassion And Mercy - -
And Restraint - -
And Ask The USA And Others About Their NEEDED -
Appropriate Attempts Of Restitution And
Restitution - - As Appropriate In The Multi--Cultural/InterNational Realm!
And If Their Are Other Taliban People Or Others Who refuse to Allow Peoples
Their Human And National And InterNational Rights To Practice Their Faith Or
Their Chosen Experiences/Expressions For Their Quality Of Life/Arts And

The Peoples Of Afghanistan May Ask The U.N. And U.S.A. And N.A.T.O. And
Others To ReEnter As Friends - - To Assist Them To Maintain Their Human And National
And InterNational Rights!
