I was so disappointed after SO MANY YEARS!!!

And Their Children with various Health problems

And The Air Quality Possible

MSC (MultiChemical Sensitivities) Reasonable Accommodations Policies/Signs/Notices
That I Needed with MCS and did not seem to Exist
So I WORKED On Developing Them
With Doctor’s Letters Of Support FOR YEARS!!!
Here In Newport RI USA
To Be EnAbled To Have Better
Air Quality For Healing
And To Assist Staying Healthy
In Ways With More chemical Awareness Use
Information/Requests To People’s
And About chemical (combinations)
Avoidance
/The Best ‘Cure’
For MCS/MCIAS\
And In Shared Hallways
(And Hopefully In One’s Own Apartment)
In old leaky or CROWDED buildings
Or Hospital Rooms Or?
And EveryWhere
NEEDED!!!
And Because I had MCS and there were not yet any
Developed or Established Signs/Policies - That Were
Available - Yet The then Director Had Told Me
On the telephone He Would Try To Assist - And Did!
In Some Ways! Yet It was very slow moving forward!
I Requested And Developed Some MCS Policies With Some Of HAN (The Housing Authority Of Newport) RI
-
That I Hope/d Would Develop More
(And In The Future Nationally And InterNationally)
For Those NEEDING with various Health conditions
(Especially For Some Who Live in old leaky buildings!!!
And are dealing with high pollution/HEAT levels!!!)
And All Who Can Get Their Doctor’s Letters Of Support
((The RI Governors Commission On Disabilities
Also Wrote A Support Letter After Having copies Of
My Doctors Letters!!!))
And Your Doctors Letters Of Support About
Your Health Conditions/problems Should Assist You
To Have MCS Signs - Where Needed - if Your Health
might be negatively effected by some chemical exposures
Or You have MCS or “EI” - - Both Conditions supposedly Recognized By HUD
in The USA in the early 1990’s!
(EI Stands For Environmental illness
which I feel is confusing - in ways - - Seasonal/Environmental Allergies
or chemical Allergies?? or?)
I Prefer Seasonal/Environmental Allergies - - -
that can also Include/be about molds or insect or
dander allergies etc.)
And To Use MCIAS instead of MCS!
(AGain MCIAS - Stands For MultiChemical Injuries/Allergies or Sensitivities)
The “chemical injuries” and “allergies”reaction
levels also INCLUDED In MCIAS To Be
Understood As More Serious!!!) And
Deserving More Due Considerations
And Reasonable Accommodations!!!
(I seem to have suffered here in ways
because Some do not Understand MCS
About “Sensitivities” To Be
A Health problem Level Deserving
To Be Reasonably Accommodated - Seriously!
Especially not by Some with MentalHealth problems/
&/or drug use/smoking problems! at times!!!)
MCS or MCIAS
Should Be Part Of HUD’s Healthy Homes Programs
Nationally - With Social Workers Assisting
About Needed Diplomacy For MCS/MCIAS
Reasonable Accommodations (RA’s)
To Be a Reality And To Assist Some
To Get To Disability Rights Respect Counseling
For Those Who disregard Needed
Due Considerations/
“Reasonable Accommodations”
(Is A Term Used About Disabilities)
In The USA
And MayBe some Charges To a Court
For Those Who refuse Counseling
and continue to disable People
in Their Home/Building about Their
MCS/MCIAS Handicap/Disability!
And
Policies/Official Signs/Notices
Developed And In Place
That Can Back uP
Official Staff Or
Local Police Officers - after hours or?
(that have time To Be An Official Witness!
And ‘Stand Up For Our MCS/MCIAS
Handicap/Disability Rights!)

problems about Disability Rights abuse
and ongoing harassments . . ,
And Witness To Assist
To Get Those
Needing
To the Appropriate Counseling
Or Court
To Court Ordered Counseling
Or About Disability Rights abuse!?!

And Health Care costs - Yes!?!
How MANY might feel with MCS/MCIAS at times!!!
My Health/Breath And Voice were more damaged here
as I w a i t e d For MCS Fair And Equal Housing Rights
Policies To Develop And Be Established
And Enforced here in HAN/HUD
Public Supported Housing In Newport RI USA!
And I lost the Quality Of My Singing Voice
And I Love To Sing - And With High Notes !!!
And I Used To Be Able To Sing Well
even when My Speaking Voice had
some chemical injury damages previously
- before I moved into HAN/HUD Housing!
Yet after Both Expressions Of My Voice
got more damaged to another level
here
after MANY MCS chemical/drug/smoke exposures
here
and as a Victim of Some who denied
My MCS And MCS Handicap/Disability Rights
And retaliated after My Fair And Just Complaints
About some cigarette and drug FUMES
that were damaging My Health here!
I have more damages!!!
I Do Not Want this previous HAN/City Of Newport
neglect in ways after an Administration change
Nor Disability Rights Support Assistance
neglect to happen to Others
Nor from Law Enforcement
Nor via HUD/The US’s ‘s neglect about MCS in ways
to happen
to Others!!!
Nor do I want Others to be without
Developed/Established MCS/MCIAS Policies/Signs!
MANY Of US
AND OUR CHILDREN
IN THIS WORLD
WE SHARE
NEED
These MCS/MCIAS Policies
And Signs/Notices
With ‘Recognized ‘ By HUD (Or The VA Or???)
As Legally Appropriate
In The Policies/Signs/Notices
Language Used!
And ADA (American With Disabilities Act) Included
And The AMA (The American Medical Association)
Should Also Recognize MCS
Yet AGain I Feel From Experience
In HUD/Public Housing
That MCIAS Should Be
Used As This Acronym
Because It Is More ‘Reasonable’
And A More Understandable Term To Use Instead!
(After living through the confusion and some
not taking MCS/It seriously and
experiencing some negative attitudes/actions
where We can not/do not Control
the group areas Air Quality
without ‘Reasonable’ Policies/Signs
I Know This EVOLUTION
IS NEEDED
Nationally/InterNationally!)
And With Use Of the Disability Term
“Reasonable Accommodation”
Is Very Important
To Include To Assit Peoples
Informing And Educating
Various Peoples About the ‘Term’
As Soon As Possible (ASAP)
AND
Also - - - MayBe Posted
In Other Appropriate Languages
For Your Area!!!
TO BE MORE INCLUSIVE!!!
AND ENABLED TO BE MORE COMPASSIONATE!!!
And Yes - - - MCS/MCIAS RA’s are Also NEEDED
About some cancers For Healing
And there Have Been some Studies That
Imply that some chemicals can have NEGATIVE effects
(or ((wrong)) chemical combinations)
on some cancers such as Lung or Breast cancer or
Brain cancer or some other cancers and
MS and Parkinson’s And Immune disorder
diseases . . , And Headaches It Seems!!!
And
MayBe some have MCS/MCIAS/Asthmas or COPDs???
And perhaps Some Who Are VERY Sensitive at times
Like Some with MCS And maybe Some with some forms
of Autism might be Truly MCS (MCIAS) And/Or Intuitively Sensitive to some chemicals in/IN
Their Environments
And maybe Some with some forms of OCD!?!?
And Other Mental illnesses and TBIs
and other injuries/differences
May Deserve MCS/(MCIAS) Testing
And Reasonable Accommodations
To RA For STRESS Reduction
Until New Solutions Are Developed!!!
There Are MANY Symptoms
of MCS/MCIAS!!!
AND MANY PEOPLES
Some with Other Health conditions
Also Need/Deserve RA’s As
Compassionately Appropriate!!!
