Have An Opportunity To KNOW - - IF
Muammar Gaddafi Would Have
Negotiated To Have (Allowed) A Vote --
When he And his Administration Wanted To Meet To Negotiate
even though The Rebels
did not want to Meet And Negotiate -
And
To Find Out IF Muammar Gaddafi Would Have Agreed To
his Peoples Demands To Be Able To Petition Or Vote --
And
Would The Rebels And NATO -- Be Able To SafeGuard The Peoples
To Accomplish This - - If A CeaseFire Was Agreed Upon
In Negotiations - -
And Petition Gathering Or A Vote Was Being Achieved - -
(in case Some Rebels on anOther Side changed Their Minds
about the CeaseFire For The Petition Gathering/Voting Time)
As Many Must Have Wanted To Be Able To Petition Or Vote him Out
(IF There Could Be A SafeGuarded Opportunity)
Especially With The InterNational's Community Challenging him
AND BACKING Them UP-- SaveGuarding Them With The Rebels
WHILE
Challenging his Administration's actions/Responsibilities
(Especially after Those People were shot while sleeping)
And About OUR Evolving Human Rights
(Although Human Rights Were Not Talked About Enough)
And
For The Peoples Of Libya To Be Able
To Have A Choice - - In Their SafeGuarded Villages And Towns
And Cities (Hopefully POSSIBLE)
To Be Able To Petition Or Vote him Out - -
Or
To Petition/Vote To Have A Vote Between him And Others
In Some Months
After - - Investigations And Clear Charges -- Were Brought Forward
By The Peoples Of Libya And The InterNational Community
To The Appropriate People?
And After That -- The InterNational Human Rights Community
And InterNational Courts Along With The Peoples Of Libya
Could Find Out If he was guilty of what crimes or Others
in his Administration
And As Appropriate -- Charges Served
And he And/Or Others Brought To Justice Or Released --
As Approrpiate
(And InterNational Assistance ReEntering If Needed)
And
A Vote WithOut him And Other New Candidates - - Enter
- - The Election Process That Is Culturally Appropriate - -
Perhaps -- Many Lives And Environmental Damages
Would Have Remained UnHarmed
Should Some Journalist Or Politicians Or Group Or Some
Of The Arab League Or People From The African Union Or
Nato Or The U.N. - -
SomeOne - -
Find This Out From Muammar Gaddafi And Some Who
Had Been On his 'Side'--AS SOON AS POSSIBLE - -
or Before it is too late --
If A "Leader"Such As he - - Would Have Agreed?
- - WE NEED TO KNOW - -
So That If A Situation Happens Like This A Gain
AnyWhere -- Regarding OUR Evolving Human Rights - -
They Will Be Talked About MORE - - HOPEFULLY And
(Hopefully OUR Human Rights To Gather Petitions
At OUR
NvNd ((NON-violent And NON-destructive)) Assemblies
Will Evolve WithIn OUR Human Rights Articles -- And
Investigations And Charges -- Brought Up Sooner - -If At All Possible - -
Regarding
Human Rights abuses At OUR NvNd Assemblies
Especially by Human Rights abusers/criminals for too long
And
There May Be More And MORE Demands/DEMANDS/SUPPORT
For Negotiations For The Most Peaceful Processes - - Possible - -
And A Vote Or Petitions (With Agreed Upon Percentages) - -
If At All POSSIBLE
For Peoples - - And (InterNational) Support When Appropriate
So Less And LESS Peoples will have to become violent
Revolutionaries And More And MORE Peoples Will Have
MORE InterNational And GLOBALIZING SUPPORT
To Become NvNd PROActive Evolutionaries!
