To Do Some ‘Mind Time’ And
To Have Some More 
‘Clear’ ‘Sky’ 
In One’s Mind ‘SPACE’
While Letting various Thoughts Like ‘Clouds’ go by . . .
And 
About
Letting the ‘Sky’ Get Clear Of ‘Clouds’
(MANY Buddhists And Other Peoples 
USE This ‘Sky’ Metaphor About 
A Clear/Calm Mind NOW - In This Age 
Of OUR HUMANITY!)
And I Suggest Here
Also Letting Your InnerSky
Be WhatEver Colours Happen 
Or WhatEver Colour(s) You Imagine
Or Can Call And Visualize At the Time
(Please Do Not TRY to hard!)
And Try - In a Relaxed Way 
To Imagine
That In 
Back Of Your Head
Around And
Behind Your Ears
Is a Place 
Like a ‘Cave’
Where 
Memories Can Emerge
From - As Well 
That You might not ‘See’
- Yet You Can ReCall Abstractly
As You Call For
Or Allow 
Your Memories 
To ‘Be’ 
And Drift 
In
And
With Colours In New Ways
MayBe
That May Begin
 - As a Part
Of a Memory Of Sky Or Water
Or Flowers Or Fabric 
Or ???
And You Abstract 
a Piece  
Of That Image
Into Being
The Colour 
You Choose
And MayBe Get a Glimpse
Of - In An Abstract Way
As You Feel 
A Peace!




AND
As If 
In - a Cave
Of Your Mind! 
And You Light 
Your ‘Cave’
With That Colour
As It Is Or Happens
Or Not - And AGain - Let Go . . .
Of Trying too much!
AND
MayBe
a small Memory Of
Your Chosen Colour Appears
SomeTimes
In a New Way And EXPANDS
Feeling Like an Inhalation
And A Extension Of 
Peaceful Feelings
And MayBe AnOther Colour 
Or Colours 
May Present 
ThemSelves In Simple Ways
And 
SomeTimes
There Are Blues/Indigo’s And Purple’s
And Various ‘Lights’ Happen 
AnyWay
Enjoy The Show 
Or
The Calming Colours
Of a Night Like ‘Sky’
And Relax And Drift In the ‘Space’
And 
when a THOUGHT or MEMORY 
COMES uP - Let IT Go As If - - - a CLOUD
/maybe a ‘STORM Cloud’ moves through/
In Your SKY And Let IT - - - Go . . . And
Go Back To Your
     ‘Inner
SKY CAVE’
And Relax
With Your Breath
And Float In THE SPACE




AND You Might Try
To Let Go Of s  t  r   e   s    s 
As You ‘Hold’ 
Your Breath
As Comfortably 
As Possible
After
Your Inhale 
And
After Your Exhale 
For a Few Breaths 




And MayBe Try Floating
Or ‘Gliding’
In Your ‘InnerSkyCave’
During Your Inhale
And Exhales 




As You Relax 
ReTurn
Your Focus
In Your - Mind Time
To Some ‘Home’WORK To
‘Clean’ Your Inner’Sky’Cave
As You Control And Clear 
Your Thoughts
In Your Mind
For As Many MOMENTS 
Or Minutes 
As Feels Right 




As Thoughts Come uP
Let Them Go - - - - OUT 
And ReFocus 
On Your Clear Sky 
Or Colour Or Breath




And
You Can Try 
Focusing Your Attention 
(With Your Eyes Closed
Or Open)
And Find Out How That Feels
And How Each Way
May Be Useful In Your Life
With Others
Or Alone
And
Follow Your Flow
- - -Your Intuition 
About Where You
Want To Do Your Mind Time
And 
Start With a Few Minutes 
And MayBe WORK UP TO
About 20 mins To a 1/2 hour
With Comfortable Breathing
And
Try To End Your MindTime
‘WorkOut’ With A Peaceful
Breath
And
Feel More Healed!!!

You May
Try Doing This
When You FEEL VERY EMOTIONAL 
at times - even Just For a Few Breaths!!!
(I Have Asked Others For A Few Moments

Of Your Mind’s Cave
And ‘See’ What Feelings
You Find!
Bringing Your Attention

Of You As You Inhale

More Peace
