Letting Our Mind’s ‘Sky’ - Get Clear Of ‘Clouds’
/or interfering thoughts/
To Feel Part Of MORE . . .
AND
Let Go Of SOME STRESS
For Awhile 
As One ReStores
Our Spiritual Or Creative Parts
Of Our Self In a New Way . . . 


(MANY Buddhists And Other Peoples 
Of The East And NOW ALL DIRECTIONS
USE This ‘Sky’ Metaphor About 
A Clear/Calm Mind PREVIOUSLY 
AND NOW - In This Advancing Age 
Of OUR HUMANITY!)

I Suggest Here
Also Letting 
Your InnerSky
Be WhatEver Colours Happen 
Or WhatEver Colour(s) You Imagine
Or Can Call And Visualize 
At the Time
(Please Do Not TRY too hard!)
And Try - In a Relaxed Way 
To Imagine
That In 
Back Of Your Head
Around And
Behind Your Ears
Is a Place 
Like a ‘Cave’
     Where 
Memories Can Emerge
From - As Well 
That You might not ‘See’
- Yet You Can ReCall Abstractly
As You Call For
Or Allow 
Your Colour Memories 
To ‘Be’ 
And Drift 
In
And Out . . .
With Other Colours 
Or Not - - - In New Ways


MayBe
That ‘SPACE’ May Begin
 - As a Part
Of a Memory Of Sky 
Or Water
Or Flowers Or Fabric 
Or ???


And You Abstract 
a Piece  
Of That Image
In the 
Back 
Of Your ‘InnerSkyCave’
Into Being
The Colour 
You Choose
And MayBe Get a Glimpse
Of - It In An Abstract Way
As You Feel 
A Different Kind 
Of Peace!


AND From NOT
trying too hard!


AND
As If 
In - a Cave
Of Your Mind
Comfortable 
In the 
Back
And You Light 
Your ‘Cave’
With That Colour
As It Is Or Happens
Or Not
MayBe It Is Like 
A Night Sky And You ‘See’
And SomeTime MayBe
A (Coloured) Star Like Light 
You May Treasure 
In Your InnerSkyCave
As If  - A ‘Jewel’
You Found
And/Or Other Colours/Lights
Like An Aurora Borealis
Or A Golden Mist 
And/Or Silver 
SHIMMERING 
As Some AfterImages
‘Dance’ In Your Mind 
Or On Your 
Closed Eyelids
Like Movie Screens!


MayBe not that Time
MayBe the Next Time???
Or In Your Future?


 - And AGain - Let Go . . .
Of Trying too much!


Yet Try To
Put interfering THOUGHTS
In ‘Park’ mode for awhile
As You ‘Rest’ And
ReStore Parts Of
YourSelf
With Your InnerWORK!
In 
Your ‘InnerSkyCave


AND Relax And
MayBe
a small Memory Of
Your Chosen Colour Appears
SomeTimes
In a New Way And EXPANDS
Feeling Like a Quiet 
Subtle Discovery
Of a New Place
And A Extension Of 
Peaceful Feelings . . ,


And MayBe AnOther Colour 
Or Colours 
May Present 
ThemSelves In Simple Ways
And 
SomeTimes
There Are Brilliant Blues 
One ‘Light’
Some Have Called
A ‘Blue Pearl’ And SomeTimes 
There MayBe Bright Indigo’s 
And/Or Purple’s Or Subtly So . . .
And Various ‘Lights’ Happen 
And Develop . . .
AnyWay
It ‘Happens’
Try To
Enjoy The Show . . .


Or Just Rest
WITH THE VASTNESS 
AND SPACIOUSNESS
Of The Calming Colours
Like A Night ‘Sky’ Again
ReMinding One Of Simplicity
And Relax And Drift In the ‘Space’ . . .
And 
when a THOUGHT or MEMORY 
COMES uP - Let IT Go - As If - - - a CLOUD
/maybe a ‘STORM Cloud
’ moves through/
In Your SKY And Let IT - - - GO . . . , And
Go Back 
    To Your
     ‘Inner
 SKY CAVE’
  And Relax
With Your Breath
And Float In THE SPACE

And You Try
To Let Go Of  s  t  r   e   s    s . . .
As You
 ‘Hold’ 
Your Breath
As Comfortably 
As Possible
After
Your Inhale 
For Some Moments 
And
After Your Exhale 
For a Few Moments Also . . ,
For three or four Breaths 
As You Are Comfortable 
Without                              stress



And Try Floating
Or 
‘Gliding’
  In Your 
‘InnerSkyCave’


MayBe Floating uP
During Your Inhale
And Hold Your Breath Briefly And
Exhale
And Release Your stress
 ‘Gliding’ 
During Your Exhales 


As If ‘Rowing’ Through
Your ‘InnerSkyCave’


/And MayBe - SomeTimes
Just Resting In Your Own
Safe Tranquil Dark ‘InnerSkyCave’ Place
Or With Your Favored Colours Or
With What Colours ‘Happen’
Or Beautiful ‘Scenic Designs’
You Create And Develop 
WORKING With Your Mind
Or With Healing Memories???/
Or MayBe Calling New 
Energies WithIn You
You Want To Create More New
Beautiful Memories To Have
In Your Life’s Time!

As You Relax 
And Feel Like Doing So

That I You WE Are ALL
Parts Of The SPACIOUSNESS 
And The Mystical
Or Mystery 
We Can Actually’Rest In’
And Feel Part Of
Or ‘At ONE With’
That We Often only Consider
As Parts Of PreBirth Or AfterDeath/Life 
Experiences Yet We Can Connect With
In Ways With Breath Awareness 
At/In Various MindTimes
Or Meditations
As Some Say!

So Please Try
